Approved repairer network
Work carried out by an approved repairer is guaranteed for three years and billed directly to us. This list is public and you do not need to verify your identity to read it.
| Repairer | Specialism | Region | Status | Telephone |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Haldane Accident Repair | Motor bodywork, paint, windscreen | South East | Approved | 020 7946 0812 |
| Castlefield Restoration | Water damage, drying, escape of water, flood restoration | North West | Approved | 0161 496 0233 |
| Brookvale Motors | Motor bodywork | West Midlands | Suspended | 0121 496 0455 |
Please check before booking
Brookvale Motors is currently suspended and should not be used while that status stands. Approval can be withdrawn at any time, so it is worth checking this page before you book rather than relying on a list you saved earlier.
Using a repairer of your own
You may use a repairer outside the network. We will ask for an itemised quote before work starts, the guarantee is the repairer’s rather than ours, and you may need to pay and reclaim.
Before we can discuss your claim
Anything specific to your policy or your claim needs two things from you first: your policy number and the postcode registered on the policy. We check both before we read out any detail. Our approved repairer list and our general claims guidance are open to everyone and need no verification at all.
